Part 1: My Domain focuses on developing and strengthening your personal relationship with yourself and how you relate to the world and The Scene. It is important for all Dominas to feel comfortable, secure, and have the tools to maintain Your security as You develop Your Natural Dominance. It is strongly recommended that You participate in Part 1 of the series as a prerequisite to participation in all other Parts. |

Part 2: My Skills focuses on maintaining health, comfort, and excitement in Your Domain. Methods to address some of the main causes of stress in important areas of Your life are presented with practice guidelines. Some issues addressed are dealing with detractors, managing the vanilla people in your life, social graces and disgraces, and keeping Your Fetish fresh and alive to avoid burnout. You will be given techniques that will enhance Your control of Your Self and with Your environment. |

Part 3: My subs focuses on maintaining Your subs with minimal effort. Issues addressed include developing a concrete set of rules for Your submissives to properly serve in Your Domain while enhancing Your skills to identify each sub's specific needs, motivations, etc., to develop a caring relationship that fulfills both of Your needs. This phase of
Domina 101™ provides psychological and behavioral modification techniques to achieve Your goals with Your submissives. |

confusion

is

kink.
For
the
person
who
truly
desires
to
serve,
finding
a
Mistress
or
Master
who
understands
the
dynamic
of
"service
as
an
art"
may
be
difficult
because
of
all
of
the
"pretenders"
~
both
acting
as
Dominants
and
submissives.
The myriad of information available on the internet can be confusing. There is nothing better than in-person training for the submissive to learn how to approach a Dominant; accepted submissive positions; terms for communication; how to approach task service; presenting safety issues with potential Dominants from a place of comfort and knowledge ~ which any real Dominant will respect and appreciate; and much more regarding what is expected by a Dominant from a submissive.
Most importantly, this Workshop teaches techniques to assist the submissive in self-awareness to receive and excel in the Dominant's training. |

the

fluids
(e.g.,
blood,
lymphatic),
joints,
how the skin responds to heat, texture, and tactile sensations, and
what's-what-and-where-it-is to
expand
your
safety
and
enjoyment
of
Play.
Specific
limitations
(e.g.,
spinal
injuries,
heart,
and
other
organ
problems)
are
addressed.
Participants
will
receive
charts
to
make
notes
and
have
handy
for
Play. It is vital to know where things are on the body, how to protect them, and how to manipulate them for pleasure! |
