The Situation

As Always, announced to My Mailing List FIRST, I’ve rescheduled March Events due to a clerical error and the crappy attitude of the venue owners.  Mistakes can happen, but apologies are required when you screw up.  DON’T get a stink attitude with the person you’ve offended because they may just be someone like Me who TELLS My Associates of your heinous behavior.  My intention is to save other people with integrity and professional intentions from losses and disrespectful treatment that I’ve endured just by being truthful — My Karma.  That fact that these creatures are suffering a string of booking cancellations is their karma.

My Domina Soirees are Private, Boutique Events and because I design them with much attention, love, and care to match the right people and the right energies for the right dynamic of Fetish Fabulousness, they are quite popular!  So, of course, now everyone wants to attend.

This is why it is so important to follow instructions to observe the Security Requirements and recognize that My Events are not the any-and-everybody-can-pay-to-show-up, mish-mosh, conglomeration that is what most folks are accustomed to as “fetish” events.

March & Early April Events

The upcoming Domina Play Soirees are for small groups of Dominas with 1 to 3 submissive attendants. As always, Events are conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan and ALL applicants are carefully screened for participation. You do realize that this means that I give the time to actually communicate with each and every attendee and potential attendee, right?

The ONLY exception to this practice is IF you choose to for an event(s) that meets your preferences and fits within My Respect Zone (see below). I will not participate in anything that offends My Integrity.  Then, participants will be selected to fulfill the dynamics of your event.

Domina Play Soirees (see description below) are DommeSalon™ socializers where I bring a group of intelligent, talented Dommes together for community building, networking,  and a lucky sub or 2 (or 3) to serve Us.  These are not money-making events; they are designed for Us to meet people We can actually like in The Scene!  (And My Events are fundraisers for My Charities when appropriate.)

As described HERE, ALL attendees are required to adhere to strict security measures and ONLY those who do are invited to attend. ONLY confirmed attendees receive specific information about Events.

I’ve been engaged to produce a Petite Grand Audience (a Grand Audience Event on a smaller, more intimate scale) in mid- to late April for a visiting submissive who is relocating to the New York City area.  Since he doesn’t want to be the only gentleman in the room, I will select honorable submissives to attend.  See how that works?  .

If I have not responded to your application, please be patient. I regularly offer opportunities for cool people to experience the glories of My Domain and Events by offering their services to assist Me and My Guests. I am interested in “keepers” — people who will become part of the Fetish Family and be worthy of being adored — and this is the perfect chance to test the waters! These opportunities are NOT limited to submissives. Dominants, switches, whatevers are encouraged to apply as long as you can pay attention and follow instructions. Can you BELIEVE THIS? I was actually contacted by an idiot-attorney claiming that I was in violation of plagiarizing his client’s work which was copied verbatim from MY Ask Mss Didi* blog! It gets better: his client had the audacity to be in the process of suing someone else who’d also copied My original writing from MY blog! (My attorney has advised Me to say nothing more on this matter at this time.)

What’s ridiculous is that all that is required is a request for permission to use My Work. That is standard practice for use of anyone’s work in just about every medium. It is also common courtesy — which continues to be a lost social skill as losers continue to breed and have NO appreciation for kindness and gifts. So now, I’ve taken the steps to protect My Work and punish offenders, of course.

My Current Events

WHY

Recently, I received an email with complaints from a typical, turd-tard who (1) offers NOTHING – not even something slightly pretty to look at, and (2) is another one who is too lazy to read About My Events before contacting Me to show his inferiority:

Mss Didi, [Y]ou need to do events that people are interested in and on weekends… No one wants to fill out forms to attend events… You make it too hard for people to have fun… You’re not going to make any money that way… i want…

For the past decade, I have designed Fetish events for one purpose: to find the type of Fetishists that I WANT to associate and Play with and create a Private Fetish Club. My Events are fundraisers for My Charities, not income. Anyone who has ever actually attended any of My Events knows for certain that the quality of venue, food, and beverages that I provide could never yield a profit from the price of admission. So, anyone with a brain knows that most of My events are paid for from “My pockets” and sometimes, with contributions from My Fetish Family. This is how people with class give soirees. Admission serves to boost what I regularly contribute to My Charities. Understand?

Far too many folks don’t know how to give so they can’t appreciate how to receive. Compounding the problem is that too many folks are accustomed to the “common events” and don’t know how to appreciate Quality, either. This is why I say everywhere:

My events are not for everybody and certainly not for just anybody.

It’s no secret that I am not a fan of the commonly available, “fetish” (a.k.a. kink) events that seem to be all that is offered in NYC these days — and it annoys Me that My best Fetish fun is not in My beloved, home city. History has shown that when I’ve created unique events like SWIRL AfterWork Soirees with a casual dress code, suddenly everyone else held events with similar formats. How I create and produce events now requires much more attention and care than average event producers want to do (if they even can). I’m interested in Quality, not quantity. A whole lot of nothing is still nothing.

One of the reasons that I don’t attend the common events is that I don’t enjoy My Fetish indulgences:

• with people who don’t share My interests;
• with people who don’t have respect for the environment and The Scene;
• where I cannot have a conversation over disjointed, loud music played by self-obsessed DJs;
• in a free-for-all type of setting and in places where I don’t want My shoes to touch the floors — I’m adamant about a CLEAN environment; and
• while being bored by the same-ol’-same-ol’ stuff and people (who usually never bother to gain a new skill) over and over again.

So, I create My own events to enjoy MY WAY ON MY TERMS. AND I offer assistance as a consultant and/or event designer to others who wish to create their own events on their terms. You may request My assistance to design an event to your liking. You may even suggest ideas for some Fetish Fun by a polite email with your thoughts. But NO WHINING will be tolerated — especially about MY Events.

WHAT

While the weather is cold and unpredictable, and while I’m traveling often, I am only having intimate, Domina Play Soirees for small groups of Dominas with 1 to 3 submissive attendants. Because I know Who We Are and the plethora of Our Talents, I’m not going to insult Us with subtandards (Read “submissive vs. substandard“) to limit Our Enjoyments. ALL applicants are carefully screened for participation with the Exceptional Dominas I soiree with.

The ONLY exception to this practice is IF you choose to engage My Event Design skills for an event(s) that meets your preferences and fits within My Respect Zone (see below). I will not participate in anything that offends My Integrity.

Domina Play Soiree – EVENING CFNM Event
February 17 @ 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
